Learn to make needle felted pumpkins with fiber artist Cat Eskey of Cottage Chip Hand Embroidery.
In this beginner-friendly class, you will learn needle felting basics and use them to make a miniature pumpkin with a cinnamon-stick stem and optional vines. You will be guided in techniques to shape and refine wool with a felting needle, how to add and blend colors, and how to achieve a smooth finish to your project. Leave with a decoration that you can use year after year to welcome the fall season (and the skills to make a whole felted pumpkin patch)!
All materials will be provided.
This class is part of the library’s programming for adults. Participants must be 18 or older.
