CARE
Hand embroidered clothing should be treated like a delicate. I like to hand wash mine or machine wash on the low setting with the garment turned inside-out, Lay flat to dry (right-side-out) . If your stitches do look a little wonky after washing, not to worry! You can gently rearrange them with your fingers or the blunt side of a needle when you set your garment out to dry.
When your garment reaches the end of its life, your embroidery can be carefully cut out with plenty of room on all sides and then sewn onto something new as a patch.
HANDCRAFTED
Each piece is lovingly made one stitch at a time. No two are exactly alike, even those with repeated designs. Variations in color and shape are normal and part of the charm of handmade goods.
MATERIALS
I use a combination of new, vintage, antique, and reclaimed materials across my work. Please check photos and descriptions of items carefully before purchasing. Features some might think of as “imperfections” will be noted whenever possible.
